Dr. Rosni Jamalludin

Dr Rosni Language – Malay, English and Arabic.

Dr Rosni obtained her M.B.,B.Ch (Cairo) in 1999. She underwent housemanship training in Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, Seremban from 2000 to 2001. Subsequently she served as a medical officer in the Paediatric Department, Hospital Kajang from 2001 to 2004. She then enrolled into Masters in Paediatrics (UKM), underwent training at Hospital University Kebangsaan Malaysia.She obtained vast experience to wide variety of cases in General Pediatrics, Nephrology, Oncology and Hematology, Cardiology and Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Genetic, Infectious Disease, Emergency pediatrics, Pediatric Intensive Care, as well as Developmental paediatrics. She was also trained in Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care especially intubation, ventilator setting and exchange transfusion. She is also skilled at performing various procedures including umbilical artery/vein catheterization, chest tube insertion, arterial line insertion, bone marrow aspiration, lumbar puncture, central venous line insertion, and neonatal brain ultrasound. She graduated as Masters in Paediatrics from UKM in November 2008.
After completing her postgraduate training, Dr Rosni served as Paediatrician at the Department of Paediatrics, Hospital Serdang where she was gazzetted by Ministry of Health as Specialist in Paediatrics in June 2009. On top of the clinical duty as Paediatrician, she was  a Supervisor for the House Officers undergoing training in Paediatric posting at Hospital Serdang. Dr Rosni is a certified NRP instructor, having conducted NRP courses twice yearly with her collegues in Hospital Serdang. She was registered in the National Specialist Register as Specialist in General Paediatrics in May 2012.
She is fluent in Malay and English,  and she can also speak Arabic – namely Egyptian Arabic, having spent 6 years at her alma mater at Qasr-el-Aini, Cairo University.
